Mrozy is a town in Mińsk County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Mrozy. It lies approximately 17 km east of Mińsk Mazowiecki and 56 km east of Warsaw.
